Mr. Cocuzza graduated in law from the University of Turin in 1998. He has been a member of the Bar in Turin since 2001 and a member of the lawyers of the Supreme Court since 2015.
In 2002 he also qualified as a lawyer in France.
In 2004 he began his collaboration with the firm becoming a partner in 2011.
He deals with labour and social welfare law, both out-of-court and litigation-related, staff reduction procedures and corporate restructuring, as well as international mobility of highly skilled workers ( EU Blue Card ).
Furthermore, due to his time spent at a renowned French law firm in Lyon from 2001 to 2002, he is responsible for supervising the organisation of branches, permanent establishments and representative offices in Italy for French companies, as well as civil litigation related the international sale of goods (Vienna Convention) and international debt collection.
He is a member of the AGI (Italian Employment Lawyers Association) and the AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers), participating in the labour committee.
He is Vice President of the Association of Lawyers in Piedmont and Savoy.
